Overview

Designed brand marketing assets, in-app UI, and App Store creatives for Azgo's overseas travel platform — improving visual consistency and driving measurable growth in downloads.

In-App UI

UI optimization work

Five core screens refined based on visual inconsistency and low conversion signals identified through performance data.

Home Screen

Cashback balance as the hero metric

The original home screen had a plain white header with the cashback balance buried mid-page — users had no immediate reason to engage. Redesigned with a teal hero area that surfaces the earnings balance front and center, with a personalized greeting to reinforce the app's value on every open.

Unified cashback badge system

Our Partners

Cashback labels were inconsistent across partners — mixing formats like "5.3%", "5% back — Updated", and "4% Cash", making it hard for users to compare at a glance. Standardized all labels to "Up to X% back" and introduced a Featured badge to surface promoted partners.

Hotel Channel

Hero banner surfaces the key offer

The cashback offer was buried in a plain list, requiring users to scroll before seeing any value. Added a full-bleed teal hero banner that brings the limited 10% offer to the top of the screen, with partner co-branding to reinforce credibility.

Brand identity brought into support

Customer Service

The original chat UI felt like a generic third-party tool with no brand presence. Introduced a teal header with agent name and live status, switched user bubbles to brand green, and added quick-reply buttons to reduce typing friction and speed up resolution.

Referral

Status clarity and persistent CTA

Referral statuses were displayed in the same color, making it difficult to distinguish claimed from pending rewards. Introduced color-coded status badges — green for claimed, amber for pending — added tab switching between In Progress and Completed, and pinned a share CTA to the bottom so users can always refer without scrolling.

App Store Creatives

Feature highlight slides

6-slide App Store preview set communicating Azgo's core value propositions — from cashback rewards to 24/7 customer service.

Before  vs. After

6.jpg
  • Generic "Extensive Travel Choices" headline — no emotional hook

  • Cashback % shown as fine print, not lead message

  • Slide doesn't communicate thereward benefitclearly

  • Inconsistent font weight hierarchy

  • Benefit-first headlines — cashback % as hero message

  • 6-slide narrative arc covering all user journeys

  • Unified teal + yellow system across every slide

  • Bold weight contrast: title vs body vs accent
